Tammy Polanco

Director of Human Resources and Administration

Tammy serves on the Executive Management team with overall responsibility for CCAF’s Human Resources function (including recruitment, benefits, compensation, safety, and staff relations); management and support of the office functions at the headquarters and regional service center locations; and staffing/support for the Telecommunications Access for the Deaf and Disabled Administrative Committee (TADDAC) and Equipment Program Advisory Committee (EPAC) customer-focused committees of the DDTP mandated by the State.

Tammy joined CCAF in 2021.  She brings with her more than 25 years of experience in the HR field, including a diverse multi-industry background that includes expertise in people operations, leadership development, facilitation of corporate policies and procedures, employee retention and recruitment.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from San Jose State University and several professional certifications including her SPHR and SHRM -SCP.
