David Kehn

Director of Systems and Technology

David, a member of the executive management team of California Communications Access Foundation (CCAF), serves as the organizations Director of Systems & Technology. In this role, David is responsible for the management of Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS), Web Development and the operation of CCAF’s Cloud Consulting division. David also provides support of key elements of CCAF’s contract with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) to manage and operate the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP). David joined CCAF in February 2010.

Prior to joining CCAF, David worked for 15+ years for several Bay Area High Tech companies with a primary emphasis on Data Warehousing, Reporting and Analytics, and CRM/ERP system implementations. Known affectionately in the CCAF hallways as “Doctor Data”, David has driven many key organizational initiatives utilizing new technology and advanced analytics.
